Payment Policies in Purchases

Buying some work or other items from our gallery can be done by any means, be it the payment button on the website, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle , Venmo, Paypal or any of the ways as agreed with the interested party (contact one of our representatives). This also includes cash payments. Once the purchase has been made, it is understood that the customer agrees with it and with the payment method through which they made the purchase.

For purchases via the web page, the minimum amount is $100 to obtain free shipping (this applies to the United States).

Works Exhibited Virtually

All the photographs of the works exhibited on www.representec.com have an altered aspect ratio due to the fact that they are photographs. The works on this page have been displayed with the greatest technical effort. Therefore, it is our recommendation that you request all the possible details of the work. These requests can be made to the curator via video call. All rights to the photographs displayed on this website and all pages related to this website on its social networks are reserved by Represent EC.

Shipping Policies

All works on canvas sent via mail will be rolled out of the original frame in order to protect them during shipment. This is because a framed canvas, regardless of the type of frame, is more vulnerable and can be damaged in the process of transportation to its final destination. The rolled fabrics will be shipped in a resistant PVC plastic tube to ensure their transportation without damage. Exception: works that by their nature are made of rigid or hard materials will be sent in their original shape and size. Represent EC is not responsible for what may happen to the work during the shipping process since this responsibility is that of the shipping company. Shipping costs will be quoted prior to agreement with the client, and the cost will vary according to the destination area. The shipping cost is paid by the customer, there are some exceptions such as the Free Shipping promotion on purchases of $100 or more; large paintings and those that cannot be rolled or folded due to their nature; buyers are responsible for shipping. If you are interested in acquiring work and you are in Los Angeles, CA, you can agree on direct and personal delivery with installation; or if you are in any state of the United States and you are interested in this personalized delivery service for the same, you can contact us by any means of chat on social networks, preferably through the Whatsapp chat button, which is located on the homepage of our website. Re-framing pieces that are sent without an original frame will incur an additional fee for the buyer.  Regarding paintings up to A2 size, they include a removable frame.

Once the purchase is made, a receipt will be issued, and once your purchase is entered into the shipping company, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use it to obtain detailed information about the movements of the package through the shipping company.

The estimated delivery date is when the order should arrive. Preparation Time + Carrier Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Date

The preparation time for a purchased item is between 1 and 3 days for the items in stock, and the transit time for the shipping method you have selected is usually between 2 and 4 days. The estimated delivery date will be between 3 and 7 days from the day of purchase.
