Work replacement policies

Starting from the basis that every client is satisfied with the sale once it is finished, all work is sold, such as pictures, paintings, exclusive decorative objects, clothing, accessories, exclusive souvenirs, etc. They do not have a replacement guarantee because they are unique. There could only be a possible refund in case the work presents a deterioration in the fabric or paint due to its own causes of its elaboration without taking into account environmental or other factors that could expose the work to deterioration. According to the above, in the case of damage to the work, a case that must be recognized by the curator of the gallery/virtual store, after a previous analysis, a replacement could be generated for one of similar characteristics by the same author or another that exists within the stock of the gallery prior agreement with the client; failing that, a restoration of the original work can be managed, always depending on the state in which the work is found and after having been analyzed by the curator in person.

Reservation Policies

Represent EC reserves the work at the request of the client for a maximum period of 12 hours. If the purchase is not made or the payment is not made within this time by other means, the work is again available and on display. This is to guarantee permanent exhibition for all our clients. To leave a work in reserve for more than 12 hours, 50% of the total cost of the work must be paid and this will be valid for 7 days from the date of reservation. The interested party must contact the curator of the website to finalize details and establish the clauses of the possible purchase/sale agreement. Return Policy

In the event of retracting a purchase, the customer has 24 hours to return the product in the same condition in which it was purchased and a full refund of the purchase will be issued. This does not apply to products shipped remotely via transport companies. The return of 50% of the payment of a work in reserve for more than 12 hours must be by the same means that it was paid, within a maximum period of 10 days if you cancel the purchase.

 

General Policies

All the works exhibited here are the property of the authors, so partial or total reproduction, *multimedia and *graphic use of the works is prohibited without the written authorization of the author (*photographing or downloading the works without prior authorization from the representative of the website). If you have moved or have misspelled the address where you are going to send a gift, etc. You can change the address before the order is shipped, as long as the new address does not correspond to another country.

 

Change of shipping address after processing the order

If you’ve placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check that the order hasn’t been shipped yet:

  3. If your order is for stock items, it will be as Not shipped for 24 hours after making the purchase. And if they are personalized items, they can be as Not Shipped, a minimum period of 21 days.

If I inform you that the item was shipped and, as Represent EC is an exclusive item store, a replacement or refund is NOT possible.

You have to contact the shipping service to see if they can redirect the order.

Most shipping services require the shipper to file a claim for a lost package.
